Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Please contact us to schedule or reschedule a class. 24-hour advanced notice required to cancel class without charge.
Beijing In-Person Class Location
The preferred location for in-person classes in Beijing is within approximately two kilometers from the Tuanjiehu (团结湖) Line 10 subway station. Additional travel costs will be added for class requests outside of this area. See map for details.
Minimum technical requirements for online classes
Unique Mandarin uses the latest technology with business-class, high-speed internet connections. To provide you with the best quality online course, we recommend the following at a minimum.
- Current hardware, computer manufactured within the last 5 years
- Current operating system version, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android
- Screen size: >= 10″
- Video camera
- Speakers
- Microphone
- Quiet environment
For example, using a mobile phone with 3G service or shared WIFI at a coffee shop probably will not provide an effective learning experience.
Due to computer system variety and internet unpredictability, we cannot guarantee 100% perfect online quality, but we will work with you to ensure the best quality depending on the devices, software and services that you use.
